Returns and Refunds Policy

We offer our clients a full 100% money back gaurantee on all orders within 10 days of the shipment date from our warehouse**. Your satisfaction is our number # 1 priority! We will make every effort to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase or your money back - its that simple! We also wish to stress that we enforce a strict privacy policy.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

  1. All orders are payable to: Paul Dawe upon receipt of our invoice;

  2. All orders are subject to applicable taxes: G.S.T. / P.S.T. / H.S.T.;

  3. All International orders are subject to applicable tarriffs, duties etc imposed by the receiving country and are payable by the client;

  4. All product is packed, boxed, insured and shipped to protect the product;

  5. Satisfaction is 100% guaranteed or NHW will refund 100% of your product purchase price only upon return of the product within 10 days of the shipping date (all shipping costs borne by the customer and are non-refundable -**conditions apply - please see Refund Policy below);

  6. NHW retains copyright on all product, photos and design @2001.

Refund / Exchange Policy

Northumberland Hills Woodworking is extremely confident that our customers will be pleased with their purchase. In the event that your product does not meet your expectations, we welcome you to return the product for a full refund** ( (see conditions below). Exchanges on product are fully admissible and shipping costs are borne by the customer. **

CONDITIONS

  1. All returns must be shipped back to Northumberland Hills Woodworking and date stamped within ten (10) days from the shipping date on our invoice:

    • the return shipping date should be reflected on the courier or postage seal amount and should be within 10 days of original shipment from NHW warehouse;

    • all return shipping costs are borne by the customer;

    • all product MUST be shipped in its original packaging;

    • all returned product MUST be insured for its value on the return trip to NHW.

  2. All returned product will be inspected upon receipt for damages. Once the product is deemed to be in pristine condition, and if the product has been shipped within thirty days of the original shipping date, a full refund will be processed within thirty (30) days of the original shipping date to the customer;

  3. Should any returned product be deemed to have incurred damages in the return trip, appropriate adjustments will be made on the refund;

  4. Any product returned BEYOND the ten days from the original shipping date on the invoice, will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge;

  5. NHW reserves all copyrights on product, photos and design. NHW acknowledges no liability or responsibility for product once it has been shipped;

  6. All prices are eastablished to December 31 of the current year and are subject to re-negotiation on January 1 of each year. All quotations are gauranteed for thirty (30) days;

  7. In the very unlikely event that product incurs shipping damage in transit by UPS delivery that is beyond our control, the following process is NHW’s ONLY avenue of making claims to UPS for compensation on damages:

    a) upon receipt of damaged product, CALL Northumberland Hills Woodworking IMMEDIATELY to advise there has been shipping damages incurred through delivery by UPS. RETAIN all original packaging materials etc. as they will be required. DO NOT MAKE ANY ATTEMPT TO REPAIR AND OR USE PRODUCT;

    b) Northumberland Hills Woodworking will contact our UPS representative to arrange for a local UPS inspector to come and view the reported damages. The inspector will ask to see the original packaging materials and the product as it was received;

    c) The Inspector will make a judgement call on each shipment individually. Pursuant to the UPS Inspection, Northumberland Hills Woodworking reserves the final choice of remedy for any such incident.
